Is it confidential? 


Everything discussed in our sessions is 100% confidential, unless extreme cases require legal intervention. 


How can coaching help me? 


For couples, you can expect to tackle issues that are troubling you, feel more fulfilled with your relationship, and communicate better. Couples coaching will also help you understand your love relationship and how to maintain it. For individuals who want to be in a relationship, you will feel more confident about what you are looking for in a relationship and how to find the relationship you want.

What is coaching like? 


Coaching is different for everyone. Throughout our sessions we will discuss concerns you have and explore possible suggestions to work towards positive change.  Occasionally I may ask you to complete a task before our next session. Based on whether you have a very specific problem or a broader concern, the approach will vary.

Does admitting that I need coaching mean my love life/my relationship is doomed to fail? 


Not at all! Recognizing that you need help and seeking assistance is a sign of health and resilience. Typically, the sooner you address your concerns, the less difficult it is to get to a happier place. The longer you wait to get help, the more damage can be done and the more work it may take to heal. 


For couples, seeking assistance is a sign that you are fighting for your relationship, which is a beautiful thing. In fact, it is a very good idea for people to seek couples coaching even when the relationship is going well in order to ensure that they keep growing and moving in a positive direction. People may think coaching is a last resort, but in reality, it is helpful for couples experiencing difficulties to get assistance as soon as possible so that issues can be prevented from worsening.


How many sessions will I need?


The duration typically ranges from 4-12 sessions, and can be extended beyond 12 sessions based on your needs. Sessions are usually weekly, but would ultimately be tailored to your schedule as well as your progress. Read more


What forms of payment do you accept? 


Payments for the sessions can be made by cash, check, or via PayPal. Unfortunately insurance is not accepted. 


How do I know it's time to stop my coaching sessions? 


Most clients report having an inner knowing or a gut feeling that they are in a good place. Other clients know it is time to stop because they see visible changes or have achieved their relationship goals such that they were satisfied and felt they no longer needed coaching. If in the future you feel the need for continued sessions, that option is available to you.
